What are grip socks and why do I need them?
Pilates grip socks are designed to provide extra traction during your Pilates, Barre or Lagree practice. The non-slip soles provide essential stability, ensuring a secure, confident, and safe workout. These stylish, functional socks keep you planted, allowing for improved focus and better form during every movement.
Are your grip socks one-size-fits-all?
Yes, all of our socks are one size fits all. They fit women's sizes 5-10. If you need additional assistance please reach out to support@formebymercedes.com
How should I care for my socks?
To keep your socks in the best condition, we recommend machine washing them on a gentle cycle in cold water. Lay them flat to dry — avoid the dryer to maintain the integrity of the grip and embroidery.
Where do you ship?
We offer domestic shipping within the US.

When can I expect my order to ship?
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing times and fulfillment. We fulfill orders on business days only (Monday-Friday).
What do I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item in my order?
Please contact customer service at support@formebymercedes.com and we will help you get the issue resolved.
I entered the wrong address, can I change it?
Please make sure that all your information is accurate before checking out. Due to how quickly we print and process orders, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change any incorrect addresses. If you need to make any address changes, please inform us as soon as possible by emailing support@formebymercedes.com The sooner we know, the sooner we can start helping you out with those changes. Forme by Mercedes cannot be held responsible for orders that are sent to addresses that are incorrectly entered. Although we will try our best to fix the situation, Forme is not liable to refund/replace these order.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
At this time we do not offer any returns or exchanges.
As a small business, we operate with limited resources and a commitment to maintaining affordability for our customers and a minimal environmental impact.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes. Thank you supporting small business.
How do I cancel an order?
Please contact our customer service at support@formebymercedes.com with your full name and order number and we will help you cancel your order. Due to the speed at which we process and ship our orders, we can not guarantee that our team will be able to cancel your order.
What do I do if my package is lost?
If your order has been lost in transit (stuck at a certain location or not updating), please reach out via our contact form page or reply to any of your email confirmation emails.
If your package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we first recommend you check with the carrier and/or your local post office directly for assistance.
We offer Route Shipping Insurance that we highly recommend adding to your order!
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or tampered with packages once they have been marked "delivered" on the tracking link.
